Agree that it may get a Best Picture nomination, and Best Supporting Actor nomination (For Kingsley, and maybe Cohen as well), but also Best Director, Best Costume Design, Best Production Design, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Cinematography, and Best Musical Score. The 3D was amazing, the only problem I found was some of the dialogue was a little jarring at times, Chloe Moretz lost her British accent at one point in the film, and Asa Butterfield was a little annoying at times. But I really love this movie too,and you did a great review as always.

A masterpiece. However, I saw it both in 3D and 2D. 3D doesnt add anything for me. The story and direction are amazing without it.

Great review Richard. Could you comment more on the 3D? Was it as dim or dark as other so called 3D releases?
