Dirty jokes that were actually funny, some cool writing! a half predictable plot that can still tickle you and keep you guessing, it makes fun of traditional movie cliches, a fight to decide the fate of the frat! fun time with some friends (DON'T GO SEE IT WITH YOUR GRANDMA please!)

I agree with your review Sir. One huge credit I give the film is it shows how our younger generation must learn to grow up at some point, while the grown ups need to handle situations and conflicts like ... Grown Ups !!!

@Rob, I think you start reviewing the MPAA rating on films before you waste your money.
