I've been wondering what Ashton has been up to. Ok, not rellay. But I want to see this movie. Not as much as the Tina Fey movie, but they are both on my list. This is primarily because I'm pregnant and can't do other fun things like eat sushi or drink booze. Thusly, I welcome all chick flicks with open arms! Bring em on!

I absolutely agree but would add Moulin Rouge (though not strictly a comedy). I own only 3 dvd's since they are the only movies I can rewatch and enjoy as thoroughly as the first time: Shakespeare in Love, Love Actually and Moulin Rouge.

Actually, LOVE,ACTUALLY is my #2. My #1 is 50 FIRST DATES. I consider SARAH MARSHALL to be just a comedy.

decent list, even if a bit sappy. hey, why not throw in "Multiplicity" if you like Andie MacDowell so much? hahaha!

seriously, though, these are the five best romantic comedies:

Groundhog Day
The American President
(500) Days of Summer
The Lonely Guy
When Harry Met Sally

and a special mention to these movies, which are not quite in the genre, but have more romance and laughs than most rom-coms:

The Princess Bride
Romancing the Stone
True Lies

what fun. better get back to my bowl of regret now...
