Joe is right. Look, we never find out the actual ages of the characters. Just because we know the ages of the actors means very little. Cooper actually looks younger than 37.

And Pattinson would have ruined this movie. Cooper gives a great performance here. And the chemistry between the two actors is unquestionable.

Here is the thing. Age means very little in my book. I know a couple that had 25 years separating them and they were married for over 30 years before he passed away recently. Stay open to everyone and you don't limit your chances at finding someone you connect with.

37 and 22 is not creepy... Especially since each of these actors could realistically be playing characters with a five year offset: meaning the characters may be 32 and 27.

ok i know im old school but why are the studios paring old guys with young girls cooper is 37 jen is 22 i think its creepy that we
are acceptly as a society i know its demo money but they coulndnt find male actors for the appropiate age. im sure robert patison or who ever is available for a couple of weeks, or mayby im jus an old fart not that old 58 haha
