I totally agree with you on all of those movies, Richard. Disgusting. Creepy. I totally agree. And yeah, what the heck's up with Adam Sandler lately? I particularly loved when you said "The things I do for you people". Haha, I laughed so hard. I hear you, man. I totally do. Although, I feel a wee bit more sorry for the people who don't follow your reviews and went in and got a DREADFULL surprise and wasted their money. Yes, That's My Boy was the WORST film of 2012 and I'm glad I didn't catch it in the cinema to hear that horribly aching noise full blast! This is my list of the worst as well, I'm glad we agree. :)

Argo and Zero Dark Thirty are highly overrated. About half the story in Argo was made up. There were no Hollywood producers (Alan Arkin, John Goodman), no screenplay was ever purchased. There's a ridiculous chase at the end where police and army vehicles are chasing an airplane on the runway (felt like a Mel Brooks sequence). There was no such chase in real life. It was added for tension. But after all the movies I've seen where the good guys are trying to leave a country of bad people, I'd have to be mentally-challenged not to remember how they ended. No tension.

Zero Dark Thirty had some interesting torture scenes which posed a moral dilemma. And the last 20 minutes were descent, but that all adds up to about 30 minutes of entertainment. The rest of the movie is bureaucratic mumbo jumbo and got dull real fast. For those who say they enjoyed that part of the movie, I'm pulling the 'Emperor's Got No Clothes' card. "Let's try to appear sophisticated by pretending we understand/care what is going on"
